The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests if you have granted tracking permission, or non-personalized if you have not.
On iOS: The App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any personalized ad tracking occurs. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests.
On Android: You can opt out of personalized advertising by going to your device's Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Consent management: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions that require consent for personalized advertising, the App will present a consent form on first launch. You can change your consent preferences at any time from the App's Settings screen under "Manage Ad Preferences."
Ad-free option: You can remove all advertisements by purchasing the Archive Pass in-app. When ads are removed, AdMob no longer collects data from your usage of the App.
The App offers in-app purchases (puzzle packs, hint packs, streak freezes, and the Archive Pass) processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status across your devices. We do not directly process or store any payment information — all payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and "Everyone" on Google Play. However, the App is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Since game data is stored locally on your device, it persists until you delete the App or clear its data. We do not maintain any server-side database of user information.
Third-party services (AdMob, Firebase, RevenueCat) retain data according to their own retention policies, linked above.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purposes described (advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and purchase management).
